  1. Happy Memorial Day y’all. This was just released today by full tilt for presale. Purchased a couple cans. Sounds delicious and worth buying just for the can art. Enjoy the beautiful day
  2. Yeah it’s been cool. I’m not a golf fan, but cool perspective seeing them talking and the cart cams and all.
  3. And then Brady holes a fairway shot lol
  4. Not warm enough for the pool or beach but certainly very comfortable for a walk around the harbor promenade in Canton and a stop for tacos and drinks at Bo Brooks Tiki bar
  5. Working at the park today should be interesting. Wish me luck. Hopefully no city turds come up falls rd to rock out at the park and the pavilions.
  6. It’s not a strong bourbon flavor, typically you don’t necessarily taste bourbon in the beer, it just makes the beer more boozy and gives it that barrel aged smell. I’m not a huge whiskey guy, Occasional old fashioned and manhattans but I’m def not a bourbon snob
  7. Cracked open the peanut butter bourbon cereal killer stout from Independent Brewing co in Bel Air. It’s good, but more bitter than I would have envisioned and also on the boozy side for only being 6.8%. I guess that’s the bourbon flavors popping. Would get again, but it’s not on my top level tier of stouts
  8. Just ordered me some of this to pick up later. Been waiting for someone to release a crazy stout that’s relatively local.
  9. Pretty cool summer can art too.
  10. On to the darker stuff. We All Float, a root beer and vanilla float dessert beer from RAR at 9%. I’m not a root beer person, but I can still swing this
  11. In fairness my palate may be a little off, my allergies have been kicking my butt this week
  12. Was looking forward to this one, brewed with graham crackers, lactose, marshmallows, vanilla and spices. Unfortunately it doesn’t live up. Certainly drinkable but not thick enough of a mouthfeel and I don’t taste the spices that would make it pie like. Basically just a cherry sour at 7.2%
  13. Haha yeah, I’m mostly a dark beer kinda guy but the sours have been intriguing lately...places doing some crazy shizz with their sours now
  14. I’m trying to cut back significantly lol. Body just can’t keep up. But I have a beer pick up tomorrow at crooked crab brewery in Odenton. Double cherry pie. Supposedly brewed with cherries, vanilla, graham crackers and lactose. 7% so it’s on the imperial sour side of things
  15. Yeah the area I work at is used by multiple Rec councils and high/‘middle schools etc. I don’t know who exactly made the decision but it’s been made. Makes my job super easy but yes sad for the kids
  16. Yeah unfortunately phase 2 isn’t likely around these parts until at least July at the earliest
  17. Probably but was just confirmed that for the park I work at. I mean I figured It would be a while still but we were still lining the sports fields up until the weekend just in case things started sooner than later
  18. Been told that all Baltimore county organized recreation is cancelled thru the end ofJune. So if you were hoping the kiddos sports were gonna start, don’t count on it
  19. Nice. Unfortunately I haven’t had a good Manhattan or old fashioned since I went to a bar and got one, probably in January or so
  20. Yeah that’s not my style but their fall/winter beers are pretty good
  21. Head down this week, screw it
  22. It’s good. I had it at the brass tap in Baltimore probably last November
  23. I had it this past season. They definitely still make it.
  24. 10.5 abv. It really is like a dark barley wine. I don’t taste a lot of nut or typical brown ale flavors. Pretty boozey
