  1. 3.5 inches of absolute mashed potatoes and concrete
  2. Upgraded tow a winter storm warning here a few minutes ago. Looks like we have about 3.5 inches. Can barely see up the street
  3. Sleep pee break shows moderate snow and about 2 inches down. 32.5 degrees. Back to bed for now...
  4. Jolly Ned with his "overabundance of caution"
  5. We're the same. They didn't show a couple Mondays back when we had that concrete snow, but came the following day... after the plows toppled 80 percent of the trash barrels in town from the heavy wet stuff pelting them
  6. 350 at best, but iirc it's more like 325. I'm only a few miles from Noble Hospital if you want to check the map
  7. IDK for some areas. Snowing here and accumulating, and I'm only 350 feet at best. Maybe just far enough west? I would only expect it to get better from here. I honestly didn't expect a changeover til close to sunrise
  8. Snow picking up and now grass is totally covered. Just starting on the driveway as I took out the trash barrels. Don't feel like trudging them through the snow in the AM.
  9. Kinda figured. My buddy in Granby says it's almost all snow as of a few minutes ago
  10. All snow in Westfield now... haven't looked at the winter radar in while
  11. Earlier they said about 10 to 15 percent... don't know how that translates. Are you home tonight? Curious if any flakes yet, and my dad already went to bed lol
  12. Pretty much all snow in Westfield now, although not particularly hard yet.34 degrees. A friend said its mixing in Granby center area now (CT)
  13. It looks like it's trying really hard to fully change over here. Temp down to 34.5. Honestly didn't expect it anytime soon here so
  14. Surprised you haven't changed over faster there. Down here we have mixing already
  15. We've been mixing on and off for the past half hour or so on the west side of Westfield. I'm only about 350 feet here
  16. Down 2 degrees in the last hour. 37 now. A couple mangled flakes on the windshield as I just got back from an errand
  17. For parts of CT, not just the high hills I definitely wouldn't say that. Not yet, especially after most of the 12Z
  18. The one I remember most was in early March 2000. Working in Farmington, mix was forecast with an inch or so accums. I ended up driving back to Simsbury in heavy snow. We ended up with 17 inches... and a supply truck stuck in my driveway as a nice gift when I finally made it back. One of many like that
  19. I have, but I'll be 53 next week so I've seen a little weather lol
