  1. My wife said we had about two inches in grassy areas at Cho and we got about an inch in Short Pump
  2. My son had a soccer tournament in Richmond today and we had total rippage from about 1-3pm. It was awesome. Felt like football playoffs.
  3. Gotta love that for Cho. Whether it's right I don't know, but GFS has been locked into an Albemarle county jack for several runs.
  4. Just under 2" here in Charlottesville. Enough to make everything right in the world again.
  5. I'm about 8 miles north of Charlottesville propper and we have right at 1.5" now. Main roads amazingly caved quickly earlier around 7pm. I take and run

  7. Damn that's a full on blizzard. Was watching the Ballhooter lift cam a lot today and it was hammering snow up there. Hope you enjoyed it and stayed relatively warm.
  8. Just got back from Chris Green lake, sledding with the fam. I can confirm it is absolutely ripping it out there! We are closing in on four up here northern CHO, hope it's showing some DC love right about now...good luck everyone and enjoy every minute of it!
  9. 19F just north of Charlottesville. Took a jebwalk and within 20 minutes my tracks were almost fully covered. Snow falls like sand through your fingers. Cold Smoke
  10. I live north of you up near Hollymead. Roads are starting to cave here....how about down there?
  11. This week has brought a continuous smile to my face. We have been blessed by this beautiful snow.
  12. And what to my wondering eyes should appear? Three, 3-notched beers and a roaring snow fire. Any recommendations on what order I should consume? Cheers my fellow snow hounds!
  13. Finally started legitimately snowing in Charlottesville.....34deg. Expecting a few helium light bands of accumulation.
  14. This is in my neighborhood about 8 miles north of Charlottesville. Even the snowman got bent over by this storm.
  15. Jebman is the absolute best snow cheerleader for all of us! You need to be promoted as the Mid Atlantic snow czar.
  16. I have to admit, it was pretty awesome. I live up near Hollymead, very close to Cho airport. We ended up with about 8". All done at this point and warmer temps are dropping snow bombs off the trees. Power also out

  19. Usually for Easter, it's lamb, tabbouleh, sfeehas, dolmades, hummus, baba ganoush, fattoush, and lebanese rice. If we're lucky she'll also make kanafeh (cheese dessert). She makes her own pita bread as well. It is unbelievable. Enjoy!
  20. Hey my wife is Lebanese and her folks just got vaccinated. We too are going to see them over Easter and I can't wait for the traditional Lebanese feast that is in store. Sahtayn!!!
