  1. Interesting axis movement. Should continue to accumulate here for another 4-5 hours.
  2. Its a wild spread. I saw someone in Windham had 9" by late-morning, Limerick has to be close to 18" by now. We have gotten about 2" in the last hour.
  3. Its been ripping big pillow feathers for the past hour. Tough to measure with the wind and drifting, 5-6" on the deck, 7-8" on the driveway.
  4. That is the "Hold my beer" or "Watch this!" of weather nerd quotes.
  5. Its just starting to get going up here. 2" so far. It was poor growth overnight and it was pounding baking soda until about 30 minutes ago.
  6. You're in a great spot and it should only get better over the next 30 minutes or so.
  7. Where abouts? I grew up around rt 102/117. Sometimes it could be rain at the intersection and snowing as soon as you went up some of the hills.
  8. Yea this was the first time its actually happened since we moved up here.
  9. Yup, it was weird. Started on our drive home around Pownall. It just stopped.
  10. Not much on radar but its been snowing here for the past 20 minutes. Things are getting covered up.
  11. Oh Reggie. It was liked around here in some early season storms (2014-2016?). IIRC it also picked up on the wild wrap-around banding in December 2019 when BOX maps showed 2-4" for central Mass and we woke up to 10"+.
  12. 95 around Sabbatus is going to be under water soon. This is bad
  13. We are over by Crystal Lake in Gray and have noticed it flicker a times. I thought we had some electrical gremlins in the house.
  14. Ripping now. 1-2" per hour stuff. Eyeballing about 2.5"
  15. Here we go. Right on schedule. Pillow feathers are falling and quickly covering up tracks.
  16. It should really pile up after 9/10pm. I'm more excited for something sneaky tomorrow night.
  17. 36 and mixing in Windham. As soon as I hit Raymond it was straight snow. Everything other than pavement is covered in Gray. I'm loving the look of that inverted trough that shows up on some models. Wherever it sets up someone will get a few extra inches.
  18. Haha, same here. Meanwhile it was almost 80 yesterday and a warm day on the boat.
  19. More consistent gusts in the mid to upper 30s. Just waiting on the power to go out.
