  1. Black was awesome yesterday. Most woods are open. I'd say 75% of the woods and 25% of ungroomed trails still had 6-8" of untracked in them from Friday. Definitely a special place. Kiddo is finally big enough for the "pack" if she wears an oversized snow suit and I couple of other adjustments. It allowed for some serious progressing and I was able to let her go free a couple of times. Im also sadly realizing the days of her skiing between my skis are over.
  2. Just measured 8.5" with about 4" since 6:30am. Most of that 4" has come down since 9am.
  3. Pounding here again. Looking at the HRRR and NAM it looks like we could break 12"?
  4. When it went through here is seemed like really high density stuff and piled up quickly.
  5. We had a lull from about 7:45 until 10 minutes ago. Getting crushed right now, looks like 2+ an hour rates and 30+ dbz on radar. Just measured 7" on the dot.
  6. Measured about 4.5" at 6:30, cleared the driveway for the neighbors and already covered in about 2" again. Wind is starting to crank now. I just went to the gas station and there was traffic stopped in a few places due to visibility, definitely less than 100 yards at times.
  7. Interesting radar look with a heavy band from North Conway to the NE and a big hole from Lewiston to Augusta.
  8. We rip. Eyeballing 6-7" on the deck. Edit: Just measured a little over 8" in the driveway.
  9. It is coming in fast. Started as sleet and now cotton balls. Driveway was covered in about 10 minutes.
  10. I'm thinking 4-5" here but would be very happy with the forecasted 6-8". Crystal and Crescent still are not really frozen. Wish they could. As long as the ice is gone by April I don't mind. I have couple early tournaments on Sebago and Highland Lake.
  11. All snow now. About 1" down on the driveway.
  12. Round 2 starting, still holding at 24*.
  13. 23* and about 2" down in Gray. Mod-heavy snow on the drive home from Lewiston but poor snow growth until the New Gloucester area.
  14. Is there anything like the stuff out beyond Paradise at MRG (e.g., "Three Cliffs" or "Octopus Garden")?
  15. We were able to hit Black Mountain and wow what a place. Absolutely loving it even if it is a couple trails for the time being. I cannot wait to get into the woods, we could see some amazing looking lines and areas on the ride up the chair. We only got three runs in with this one but I felt like I had skied about 30 hard bump runs. She is still too small for the pack so I keep her in front of me and holding on to a pole and Im in a "pizza" form the whole time. Things hurt in my legs I didn't know could hurt.
