  1. Love that look on the GFS -- conveyor belt of light snow right up to the Tuesday storm.
  2. The 12z Euro doesn't come out until 12:50.
  3. The GGEM is so erratic, even within three days.
  4. The 17th storm just vanished on the CMC. It'll probably miraculously reappear next run.
  5. Some more moderate echoes to close things out in the Berks.
  6. This is quickly evolving into a regionwide biggie. Everybody wins!!
  7. Not using "Superbowl" in the title thread?
  8. Snow pellets mixing in at Lenox, Mass. Shocking.
  9. Looks like 2-3/hr. rates here in WMA.
  10. And finally the Euro gets the bigger totals through all of Mass, thanks to that Cape Cod meso low providing an east flow.
  11. Do the computer models extrapolate historical data into their outputs? This is an unusual set-up -- will they incorporate prior similar set-ups into their forecast?
  12. https://southpark.cc.com/video-clips/21aw2m/south-park-nut-gobbler
  13. Major fringe job by the Euro up in NW Mass. Looks like a quick hit from the initial fronto band, then the dry slot and 20 hours of weak echoes.
  14. Look at the huge difference in general intensity from 12z to 18z.
  15. The 3k is so hypersensitive -- it can go from 1.5 QPF to 0.3 and back to 1.5 in three runs. Right up to gameday.
  16. So now the GFS, which has been paltry for the Berks for days, has more than the Euro.
  17. A step back in eastern NY/western MA with the system a bit east of 12z.
