Yeah its pretty cold today, I walk my buddy’s dog on mondays and tuesdays because I work from home. I stole a 4 pack out of the fridge for my services today it was like 19F at noon.
Absolutely, I think the high end is a mecs, but in a Nina day 5 is an eternity. Especially with how poor the models have handled systems this year. Low expectations are key. It’s the best potential we’ve had in many years though.
I want to point out that the AI(both gfs and euro) both had the n shift last weekend before any other model and never really wavered. They did better than anything else imo
Judging by the HRRR looks like round 2 starts around 2 pm or 3 pm and goes until about 7? Game for that. Also looks like we’re probably going to at least flurry all day in between.
Not much better than a Sunday morning snow walk. Round one tapering now, calling it at 2”. Pleasant over achiever again. We had heavy echoes from 7-9. I think we were close to the changeover line based on the flake size.
Looks like 2” on my webcam in Levittown which is insane considering there was a dusting when I left at 10:45. Can anyone confirm that? I’m seeing 2.1” at Ewing.
In Newtown for my nephews birthday party, drive up was a nightmare. Went from snow tv at my house to snow covered roads pulling into the newtown shopping center. No signs of letting up. Accumulating quickly.
GFS/CMC suite stubbornly hanging on to Sunday from 95 S and E. Would only be a c-2" but still... As I said before, I'm happy with any white. I think there's a solid chance at a c-2" tonight/tomorrow from 95 N and W too. Some years it just wants to snow...
