    There’s a misty coating of rain in Marysville with all surfaces covered, however it’s not heavy enough to register anything in the rain gauge.

    The ensembles of the GFS, Canadian & Euro each keep the core of the potential late month warm up in the Central & Midwest states, while our region stays relatively near normal. If this verifies, we will have a chance at a finishing a below normal month.

    The older I get, the heat really bothers me, so this month has been great relief. These temperatures this week are going to feel glorious.

    I can’t wait until a certain poster comes on here after MDT finishes a below normal August just to tell us that it’s somehow still above normal based on average temperatures from 100 years ago.

    Lots of below normal days are on the way this week at MDT. We have legit chance of having a below normal Met Summer month, which is a massive win to me after the brutal July that we just finished.

    Good news, MDT now has a rain surplus across the board for the month to date, year to date & most importantly for the sake of the drought…. MDT is now ABOVE normal since the beginning of June!
