  1. Only the grass is struggling here in spots. The shrubs & other plants in the yards are doing just fine at this point around here.
  2. That’s a lot of work. I’m letting nature take its course for the grass. We are just occasionally just watering our small garden.
  3. Lol, are you using a small bucket with a sprinkler top for it to take you up to 3 hours a day to water?
  4. Thanks, hopefully we get a break in this blast furnace of a summer. How far away is Met. Fall? Softball season ended a few weeks ago, but Fall ball starts up in late August. Hopefully we have some temperature relief by then.
  5. .38 in Marysville from that line earlier this evening. More mowing will be needed in a few days.

  9. Lol, the denial of storm cancellation is also a lovable aspect of this place. Also, I never named any names… As always, I’m just having fun!
  10. Lol, This place never changes… Always storm cancel too soon… It makes me yearn for Winter!
  11. Please, please, please… DT please be right… WEEK#2(7/14-7/20): Massive mid-Summer Trough to develop across eastern Canada / Great Lakes will drop 2 Cold fronts southward across eastern US from eastern Canada. First front July 15-16 then second front JULY 17-18. The rain& storms with these fronts could be big followed by STRONG Canadian HIGH THAT WILL BRIGN ideal Mid July weather conditions JULY 18-21. Both fronts will stall across the Deep South. WEEK #3 (7/21 - 7/28) : Massive Heat Ridge pattern across western CONUS will dry to push east but the Eastern US Trough lingers across the Great Lakes & New England so extreme heat stays W of the Mississippi River.
  12. Hopefully my weather station just has a temporary glitch… It says my dew point is 81 currently! Is that even possible?
  13. Heavy rain with some thunder in Marysville for the last 15 minutes & still ongoing.
  14. I’d be fine… Less to shovel for me, but pad the official stats.
