Another game that hasn't worked much the last several years...Lol Seems like we don't do that kind of timing that well.

All I know is...if they surprise and put it all together and go on a run...the doubters in our fanbase deserve ALL the smoke. Giving up on them at 8-5 at the beginning of December? Boo y'all...just boo. Believe it or not, we actually don't know what's going to happen. Playoffs can be unpredictable. And when you have a team like this one where the ingredients are there, but it's a matter of putting it all together...you really don't know. I mean 2012, yeah we have an aging Ray Lewis and Ed Reed, but be honest...did ANYBODY in early December think that team was gonna do what it did? That team was flawed too! We were: 1) the most penalized team in the league 2) The defense was mid (ranked in the 20s) 3) Finished with 14 players on IR 4) O-line was also mid And yet, the ingredients were all there, and it all came together at the right time. You never know what can spark a team. So that's why I'm just gonna watch and see...maybe it doesn't come together, but maybe it does

There could be something going on we don't know about. They obviously wanna keep whatever it is in-house...so it's kinda pointless to speculate.

As far as Tomlin is concerned, while he may get a little more out of his teams, is he better than Harbaugh in the playoffs? His teams barely make the postseason and when they have, they haven't won one game in years! Folks pining after having a coach like him, but...playoff struggles are playoff struggles. At least Harbaugh has won more than he has, lol

In regards to the penalties: Small sample size, but they have been better the last two weeks. Yesterday may have been the best day with only 3 penalties I can remember. Baby steps

Always snow around Christmas where? Here? Lol We only had like two White Christmases at BWI in recorded history. That was never really a climo staple around here.

Man how is today Harbaugh's fault? Teams go through ups and downs during a season. Defense struggled mightily early in the year, now they're figuring it out and starting to play much better. But now the offense has hit a bump they gotta work through--it's all about putting it together at the right time. For Tucker, his history earned him the right to have a long leash--now yes, this HAS to be the end of it, but Harbs wasn't wrong to give him as long as possible to figure it out. On Keaton Mitchell: A RB coming back late in the season off an ACL tear you can't expect to be full speed (to my eyes he didn't seem all the way back yet, but who knows) And...we don't know how he's feeling after the first few weeks. Decisions like that are difficult to criticize because we aren't in practice or the locker room...we legit don't know. And btw, for a thing that's definitely on Harbs that got better: Did you notice how few penalties we got? I counted 3 for maybe 15-20 yards (just eyeballing). That got much better. And overall for Harbaugh, remember: Harbaugh at the most has one more year, and he's gonna be out. And depending on how this season goes, they may make a decision sooner than that--I can't see them extending him at this point. Hey...maybe he can announce his retirement and we send him off the right way

For me, Lamar getting another MVP won't shut up his critics. Only getting the ring will.

Listen, this year there can only be good surprises. Any "rug pull" wouldn't be anything we haven't seen before. Now may be the perfect time to step back and let it play out...(Or at least, that's what I TRY to do, though I keep breaking my rule and turning off my site blocker app and coming in here sometimes).

Now this is really interesting to me. Now, I'll preface this by saying I'm a layman and amateur weather need. To me, there are some things in weather that just seem so counterintuitive--and the amount of la ninas we've been getting recently always baffled me because common sense would say warming planet, warm waters, more el niño! But then I learned a tad about how trade winds cool the water and it made a little more sense but not a lot. So your saying that it's still possible that we see more ninos?

My bar is so low that I'm almost okay with it just being cold in December for a change! Besides how often do we do anomalous cold with snow?

I have still wondered about that...like why did they all of the sudden shut off after 2015? Or was it perhaps because of the PDO flip? Even with a possibly changing climo in mind, the steep shut off with those is strange, isn't it?
