    I will be ordering mosquito larvacide in the next week. My wetland is as wet as I have seen for this time of year, and with no super cold air this winter, if we get a week of 50s in March(good bet) they will be doing their thing.

    25 here as well, although there has been a fair amount of cloud cover. Still not had a temp below 20 this winter. Tonight's forecast low is 18. I'll take the over.

    Stranger things have happened I guess. Not a great set up for the coastal plain with the low tracking over the GL and HP centered due east over the Atlantic. The way it could work is an initial slug of heavy precip partially mitigating/delaying the warming low and mid level temps. The upside is still less than an inch for my yard. Maybe this will be the odd case of something that looks all wrong synoptically working out lol.

    0z EPS is a sheared out suppressed wave. Then the suppressive NS energy moves out, east coast ridges, while the trough digs out west. The next wave looks healthy, but warm. Still time for it to trend better I suppose, but the currently advertised look up top says not likely.

There must be a hundred posts of him trying to explain to you that snow climo on the MA coastal plain sucks. It isn't rocket science. Find something more interesting to obsess over?

    31 here, which was the high. Some light snow in the past hour, but finally looks like this thing is outa here. Enough snow today to coat the ground glacier. With the freezing drizzle/rain overnight and this morning, a respectable ice event, but not enough to cause issues- just how I like it. Everything will freeze solid tonight.

    29 and cloudy. Looks like some weak lift overnight will result in very light precip- probably mostly freezing drizzle. Then lets see what happens tomorrow morning with the weak wave. Probably anything 'significant' will be right along the coast or offshore(and mostly to the NE), but guidance is not in good agreement. Whatever happens it should be pretty light.
