I actually am not sure about that weenie spot of 75" plus just north of me.....that would imply I am at least near 70", which I think is a bit high. I would extend the 75+ down to just N and W of ORH.
I said it in the nor Easter thread.
I lost power for 30 min, which is not uncommon. It was not a memorable event over the interior. Not all wind threats underachieve inland....hurricane Gloria and Feb 2010 to name a couple, certainly did not.
I stated it would underachieve for the interior, which it did. I never debated immediate coast and the cape. I specified that in the appropriate thread.
Its dumb to utilize anything exclusively and base a forecast off if it. They are tools, like everything else. CFS def. isn't my favorite climate model, though lol
Hope people realize that the "first frost fast approaching" thread starter was not an offering of met insight....just a general climo descent reference to kick the thread off. People seem to like pointing that comment out lol wasn't debating the warm October idea.
