  1. It seems like I kind of rushed everything a hair in my outlook, and the early Dec warmup following the coolish Novie was more pronounced and protracted than postulated. I never mowed again after returning from Africa, so while it wasn't a lot, some areas needed touching up. I have one oak in my neighbor's yard that haunts me into December, as they all blow to me on west winds, which is the majority of the time...its finally done.
  2. I'm all done...even hit the lawn with the weed whacker where it needed it on Sunday.
  3. Yea, I like it because it doesn't go weenie, but sometimes it goes aggressive limiting snow due to low levels...often times you need to ignore it near the coastline. i'm not arguing that run wasn't better down there.
  4. Someone else start a thread...I have bad karma right now. First Call ready. First plowable snowfall likely across at least the northern half of the region late Saturday into early Sunday likely to result in a white Christmas, especially points north of the Mass Pike. Mess mix points south with perhaps a period of nasty ice in northern CT. https://easternmassweather.blogspot.com/2021/12/white-christmas-ensured-for-much-of.html Should have update Friday or Saturday.
  5. Well, fine...I'm not arguing the meteorology, just reporting the raw output. Maybe its also just the narcan map because it can be stingy in low levels.
  6. Take the Narcan and toggle both 00z and 12z snow grids and you will follow.
  7. I'm not sure next week is dry as of yet. Your weather.com forecast won't reflect anything until its obvious.
  8. Right....most stable. I shouldn't have said steadfast. I was speaking in relative terms.
  9. I am not saying they should be universally ignored at this range, but in this case, given that that trend reversal is counter to the steadfast European suite and the GFS op, I am okay disregarding...for now.
  10. The European suite has been far more consistent, even if you want to cling to ENS.
