    I remember that event as a kid...got about a foot in Wilmington with some pingers mixed in at the height, but only brief.

    Most of the comments were just negative reactions to a shit run...I don't think there was much of a sentiment that this is the final outcome.

    There is not blocking. There is west atlantic ridging, which could still allow for an inland track.. The cold can and will move if it takes that track.
