backedgeapproaching replied to Damage In Tolland's topic in New England
Would need pics to make any educated guess. -
Clouds held firm most of the day. Picked up .10" from a 20 minute steady rain. High was only 81.
-
-
I wouldn't care if we don't see any more rain until Fall.
-
FINALLY MOSTLY SUNNY, THE CLOUDS ARE BEING NUKED !!
-
And you drove there for that???? Lol
-
Seeing 45-48 mph pixels headed our way!!!
-
And let me add this, it is because many people here want only 2 kinds of weather...hot/warm/humid or it to be snowing ..no wonder why they are disappointed so often..lol
-
Right now some supper thick pea soup fog settled in . Killer mosquitos are out crushing me on the deck
-
Florida is a pit....best thing to do would be to put it up for auction on Ebay...winner of the auction gets'Bama for free...
-
Hearing some thunder!! Must be CC lightning
-
Hoping for at least a few lightning strikes and 40 mph gusts
-
40 bucks spent chasing heavy rain.
-
Clearing and sunshine just in time for sunset. Again.
-
- Today
-
-
A very dewy 65/64 here
-
What’s the point of rooting for sun? It’ll just be obscured by smoke.
-
59 for the high. Unreal.
-
Fuck off
-
Only .06 inch of rain here today, combined with yesterday only .12
-
I came from the South. And it wasn't even Florida. And even there I was indeed very sick of the relentless heat and humidity. Where I came from, mid 80s in the summer is considered a cool day. And if you have a single cloud cover the sun for even five seconds it's a major relief. I cannot even fathom Florida. It sounds like Hell to me. Anyway, I cannot understand this whining about a couple of cloudy, cool days a week.
-
Low taxes, plentiful land in some areas....but now much higher homeowner's premiums so it's slowing...
-
Only rained about an hour today . About to get some sun out . Hopefully same kind of deal Saturday

without seeing it, that would be my guess. With all the rain we have had, I would be surprised if someones lawn didn't have it red thread is more orange than red, and it can show as brown/light brown initiailaly.
