One of the nicest snows in a long long time. Just a beautiful snow, and an all-snow event to boot! 12 hours straight and still going! None of that snow to sleet to rain crap lol. Measured 5” here in Bon Air.

We started as rain but  it went quickly to snow with no sleet

Measured 5” at my house in Short Pump. This was definitely a memorable storm.  All snow event expect for first hour or so.  It snowed all day and we could enjoy it and not sleep through it.

Oh and also good to see everyone’s Christmas lights in the snow.  Been a long time since I have seen that combination.

Probably about 5” here close to Chesterfield airport. May not been fattest flakes, but it was puking at different times with snow blowing sideways. Heck of an event

Agree.  Right down the street from you.  Still coming down good too.

Beautiful home! Snow changes everything especially with Christmas decorations up.

A slushy half inch then back to rain. At least we got on the board.

Yeah, not our storm in southside HR. Maybe a slushy half inch at best. Definitely a dusting. It was nice to sit by the Christmas Tree and watch it come down.

Hopefully we'll get a legit storm down here at some point this winter.

That looks absolutely awesome Midlo!!!!  Been watching your stuff since you were making small mounds of snow in your front yard in midlo. :)

Just a tick north west now in Powhatan. Living in a nice cold low pocket micro climate making snow off of spring water.

Getting close to making snow temps here soon.

You've got a right serious set-up there. I (and son) made snow for 8 or so years. We used two 25 gal Porter Cable air compressors and 2homemade snowguns and 2 homemade snowfans. He was into snowboarding (still is, now lives in Park City) and I knew where he (and his buddies) were all winter lol. The amount of water and electricity was way up there though......

Yes, I remember you and your snowmaking. It's amazing how time flies.  My old ass is still out there all hours of the night. This makes my 26th year blowing snow, it never gets old.
