We got 2 clippers moving into the region. First being tomorrow morning into the afternoon. The other is slated for later saturday. I wouldn't be surprised to see some area with 1-3 total combined from both events. Hopefully we can give Ray 2 more events to add to this winter, since hes bored out in elko. Anyways, lets dicuss these events here...

nam is spitting out some .1-.15 amounts for tomorrow

Heres the combined total for both events

Now this is really laughable. Sim radars are just that, simulations of what they think *might* happen, but still. Look at Schuylkill County...

Tombo, what's the chances of this precip picking up some moisture as it advances over the chesapeake and Delaware Bays? I know it is rare but in the past down here we have picked up some surprises with moisture off the bays?

some of the models are intensifying the precip as it comes east esp over central and southern delaware to extremem souther nj...This is prob the area with the best chance to see better accum.

That area looks like it'll be just north of the vort max and has the best divergence aloft. They can keep it... let it stay away from home (though radar makes me question that)

SNOW SHOWERS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THROUGHOUT THE REMAINDER

OF THIS MORNING AND INTO THE AFTERNOON. ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE

FROM A DUSTING UP TO ABOUT AN INCH. SINCE MANY PRIMARY ROADS SILL

HAVE SOME SALT ON THEM, THE HIGHER ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE SEEN ON

GRASSY SURFACES AND UNTREATED ROADS AND SIDEWALKS.

TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB A COUPLE OF DEGREES FROM WHERE THEY ARE

NOW AND TOP OUT IN THE UPPER 20S TO MID 30S.

What grassy surfaces? wink.gif
