    I moved back in May 2018. Lived here as a kid though and in Hartford for law school 2010-13.

    Yeah 20-21 was good here, though I think my normal is between 40-45”? Two double digit snowfalls, a nice minor Inauguration Day snowfall, and a really beautiful Super Bowl warning level snowfall that year. Going back over my records, even the bad years had at least one nice event.

    If we keep the Grinch away, that’s a massive win. Did just that last year. Can’t imagine how much worse December would have been personally without that landscape considering I was about to lose my dad.

    I don’t think I’ve posted here with all the travel lately, but my trip to the Buffalo area was one of the greatest things I’ve ever done in my life. No hyperbole.

    Do the annual subscription. It’s cheaper by a lot if you’re paying 15/mo. It’s such a wonderful tool—I’ve had it for years.

    I will say this. I’m always amazed by how quickly this place gets into mid season form. We go from dews and drought talk to winter angst and panic faster than anyone in America.

    What an epic few days. After Buffalo I went back to CT, grabbed my family, and drove to Atlanta for Thanksgiving. I’m exhausted.
