  1. We had 2 FFW’s here today, so that’s fun. Sure hope RT 2 reopens by morning.
  2. Yeah, based on the non-stop EMS chatter I don't doubt it. Lots of flooded homes, closed roads and stuck cars. Lots of wires down too.
  3. We were supposed to leave for Falmouth tonight but Rt 2 is closed in multiple places And apparently 91 S is crawling because of standing water in the road and the fact that 5&10 through Deerfield is closed as is Rt 116 and sections of Rt 47. At least our car is all packed for an early start in the morning!
  4. 3-4” in most of Greenfield but 5-6” in Conway, Deerfield, Gill and parts of Northfield and Erving. Starting to rain again too.
  5. My cylinder rain gauge is over 3" for today. All mostly within the past 2 hours.
  6. Back to FFW here, I can’t recall ever seeing this expansive of an area of FFW’s in SNE.
  7. I can’t believe there’s no FFW for this part of the county right now. We just got smoked, again.
  8. That last batch was 2.5”/hr according to local wunderground, I am at 2.2” for the day.
  9. Ridiculous rain right now. This should really exacerbate flooding.
  10. Jeezuz, heaviest rain of the day in this cell! Had a house shaking strike too.
  11. I think they got the caption wrong. That’s route 116 in Conway I believe.
  12. They may close for the night because the basement is starting to flood.
  13. What’s the best source for weather related road closures? I’ve heard rumors that parts of Route 2 are flooded out east of here but can’t confirm. I need to travel that way later.
  14. Yeah, we have picked up close to .40” here but missed the death band. FFW here though.
  15. Dirty Honey is one of the better new rock bands out there.
  16. The Black Crowes spent 20+ years keeping rock and roll alive. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=T81xsEyfl3c&pp=ygUNQmxhY2sgY3Jvd2VzIA%3D%3D
  17. I’ll just leave this here. https://www.hot-dog.org/culture/hot-dog-etiquette
