  1. Just measured again in a few spots and solid 5" new on the ground here, that is post sleet and compaction etc.
  2. Decent burst of snow here right now despite a pretty clear radar.
  3. 29F light snow. Greenfield Public schools closed today "due to icy conditions and complications at the DPW". I'd love to know what the complications are. Roads are in tough shape regardless.
  4. Wow, still only 24F here but that is up a degree past hour.
  5. Yeah, as much as it pains you, you gotta' clear this stuff bro! It will all refreeze tomorrow night and you'll be sorry .
  6. Huh, we may have beat you here. That doesn't happen often. No wind to speak of here.
  7. As of yet, no delays called for tomorrow anywhere in Franklin County and we probably ended up with the most accumulation tonight.
  8. Roads, by all accounts were a disaster since 3pn. My neighbors just drove back from the airport in Hartford, they said I 91 was still completely snow-covered and they finally got off in Easthampton and took Route 5/10 back to Greenfield.
  9. 5.5" combined snow and sleet. All pixie dust atm. Still only 23F.
  10. 4.5” here before flip and then maybe .5-.75 sn/pl mix. Just some pellets and pixie dust now.
  11. That is exactly what happened here, before the flip about an hour ago we had heavy snow with great snow growth for about 30 minutes.
  12. This is one of those set ups where Pete in W. Chesterfield is getting scalped and Greenfield +SN baking powder. On dp you can see the sleet line almost wrapping in from the W.
  13. Over to baking powder now so 1”/hr is all done but still coming down heavy. Roads are messy!
  14. Approaching 4” now, really dumping powder, approaching 4”. 22F. Averaging over 1”/hr
  15. Berkshire won't suck but maybe Mt Snow better? If you don't mind the drive head for Okemo.
  16. 2" 22F moderate snow. Snow growth is a little meh' not baking powder but not feathers.
