  1. It has been unreal, not that you are in the best snow locale but it has been an extra special screw for many.
  2. I think RT 2 corridor still looks pretty good for the low end verification, steady as she goes.
  3. Despite the poor snow growth, I think qpf forecasts are working out here. Moderate dense snow, close to 1". I threw a few shovels full and despite it being 19F it was pretty heavy. Weird winter.
  4. Nice! I'm 3 hours in and only at .75" but things are improving.
  5. Baking soda but starting to dump now with bigger flakes mixing in. .75" SN 19F
  6. Yes, it may shut off abruptly there. Poor snow growth here but definitely several hours of steady snow ahead.
  7. Yah, we can save that saying for future events I'm sure. Snow growth improving a bit here but I would say based on radar a few hours of moderate powder will yield all of 1-2" semi-dense that you have to clear or risk it freezing.
  8. Jumpin' Jeezuz lizards! Yet another baking soda bonanza here. .5" of dense dust. Hopefully snow growth improves as the heavier echos just to my west move in.
  9. Wow, nice dude, you deserve! Pixies in the air here getting steadier by the minute but compact.
  10. -SN 18F Steady baking powder. .25" Radar looking a little better to my NW.
  11. Remember on Monday when the 12z NAM had radar returns absolutely evaporating at the NY border? Maybe it was sniffing out the cold, dry air over performing. Pure pixie dust here. Steady -SN
  12. No obs thread? I'm not offering just wondering why? Steady light baking powder with under .25" coating so far. Snowgrowth should improve in the next hour but definitely starting to pick up the intensity a bit. Cold! 19F
  13. Flow still seems too fast to have a lot of confidence more than a few days out, and even then no safe bets. I like our chances though for a moderate or bigger event in the next week.
  14. Yeah but not too concerned, Buffalo radar looks ok, I'm still thinking 3-4" along RT 2 so we take.
  15. Tale of 2 worlds only 90mi apart. Greenfield is a glacier with a solid 4 to 6 inch snow pack, even in downtown neighborhoods.
  16. We've had several warning events here that were high impact just not huge totals.
