    Decent squall coming through. Not white out but pretty good burst of snow.

    Lots of snow covered cars rolling into Greenfield this morning. I’m assuming most of them were from north and west of town.

    Pretty light and minimal precipitation here today. Most of it has been south and east. Still a misery of a day.

    There were cars coming into Greenfield this morning with snow on them.

    Sounds like a skier died at Sugarloaf yesterday but not many details available.

    Let me tell you, I’m just thrilled to be running the woodstove in April.

    I think it was April 2012 0r 2013 (?) that we had an epic all day sleeter in Greenfield. It was a late season SWFE that had little local weather media attention but was decent impact between RT 2 and VT/NH.

    Because you need an ideal combination of cold air drain, moisture and lift which usually only occurs over a relatively small area. edit: a stalled front is also helpful. It's one of the more elusive weather events.

    Same in Greenfield. We do have light drizzle here, but obviously not freezing.
