  1. Greenfield has missed everything to the north or to the south the past few weeks and now of course today everything is forming east of here.
  2. 86/70. Swamp azz. Lots of cloud debris out here today.
  3. Which in turn will give people even less disposable income to spend at small local businesses.
  4. That's 2 weeks of rainfall here.
  5. We will bring home the goods from mid December through mid January while NNE ski areas are cryin for their mama's!
  6. 76/62 at 9:45pm is pretty impressive for Greenfield, especially in my hood. Feels good though. A/C is cranking in the house but I'm sitting on the porch with a beer and my kid's 3/4 size acoustic guitar, enjoying life.
  7. I remember joke posting back in the spring about hoping it doesn’t rain from Memorial day to Labor Day so I guess I should be careful what I wish for.
  8. I guess it doesn’t rain in Massachusetts anymore.
  9. We will probably make up those water deficits in October and November and then go bone dry again for the winter months.
  10. The stock meter on Yahoo finance estimates a -80% return if you buy it at its current price. Lol
  11. The Wall St casino. I looked at their website and it seems kind of hollow. This company comes out of nowhere and is now valued more than Costco? still, when I saw people hyping it in mid July I wish I had bought $100 worth..
  12. Freak and Dendy ganged up on him and he took his ball and went home.
  13. Terrible, 1.2” but most of that was earlier in the month.
  14. It’s ridiculous, the smaller rivers around here are ankle deep at this point.
  15. I would imagine that most towns in eastern Massachusetts have some type of watering restrictions in effect?
  16. Yup and although it offers some chances at “possible” robust precipitation events, it wasn’t exactly a confidence builder for erasing water deficits over the next few weeks. With regards to rainfall it seemed like the opportunities were there but certainly not guaranteed to manifest for everyone in that pattern. I’m mainly referring to all of the SNE drought victims. There have certainly been some areas north of here that have done much better with precipitation.
  17. Yeah, the differences in weather across the Cape are pretty amazing. I love it all from Falmouth to Provincetown and the variability in practical weather and water temperatures make it that much more special. Wish I got to spend more time out on the islands but just don’t have family or friends out there. Lol
  18. Haven’t been to the Cape since July 4th week but hopefully heading down again next week. Interestingly alot of of my friends on the Cape have said it’s been a really hot July down there which is sort of rare I think? We mainly do Falmouth (family there) but usually get in 4-5 days of camping in Truro. Often, during the hottest weather, the Falmouth/Cataumet side of Buzzards Bay stays cool from the SW breeze during heat waves. Apparently that has not been the case this summer but I can only go by secondhand information since I haven’t spent as much time down there as I like.
