I like them but they are pretty obnoxious and disruptive in neighborhoods. I love the whoosh of big 8-10oz rockets but man are they dangerously unpredictable. I can’t believe they are legal. Lol.

North of Highland campground. Nice place, not exactly private tent sites but affordable, with plenty of amenities and 10 minute walk to Head of the Meadow beach.

Camping in Truro and the air is perfect tonight. Going to sit on a bay side beach tomorrow night and enjoy multiple towns fireworks. I cannot believe how little traffic there was today. We made it from Greenfield to Truro in about 2.5 hours.

Man, another swing and miss to the south. I thought for sure that cell would hit us. The Steining continues for NW MA.

The last hostel out at Surfside got sold so there is literally nowhere on that island to stay under $400/night. There is a Boy Scout camp on the island so I am going to plan a trip for the Greenfield Troop next summer. $10/night for scouts and chaperones.

Nantucket is insanely nice, despite a bit of over development and some deplorable people. Where on the island are you?

Now that I know what it is, I am definitely interested in the pressure cooker aspect of it among some other features. Looks good for doing some healthy one pot meals and I like the dehydration feature.

I just walked the dog and found an unopened Instant Pot Duo Crisp air fryer in the neighbors free pile. She said it was about $200 but they just never felt like dealing with learning how to use it. I have no idea how to use it either but I’ll at least read the directions and give it a whirl.

I think some places in Western Mass and Connecticut have probably put up 4 or 5 days that hit 90?

Wasn’t 88 and 89 pretty hot summers? I can’t really remember but I seem to recall some pretty hot summers late 80s

My SIL is a social worker in Nova Scotia and she told me they don’t use the term marijuana because it’s offensive to Mexicans.

The weekend and next week look summer like but long range is certainly nothing indicating abnormal heat.
