  1. I’m planning on 3 to 4 inches here followed by drizzle. Pack will be solid once the cold air drains in and of the week.
  2. If you get the sun to pop out today it should go along way towards dropping some snow off the limbs.
  3. Ya' there's a nice thin layer of compacted snow, that the plows didn't scrape up.
  4. Looked solid for the CT peeps. Jay finally gets his snow.
  5. Down to 29F. The plow piles along the streets in town were chunky, going to be like Jersey barriers by morning.
  6. I find it pretty remarkable we were able to get 6 inches of snow here without ever getting below freezing.
  7. You were going to end up with totals only an inch under me with just a few hours of snow. Although it is a safe bet that I’ve got you easily beat with water content.
  8. I have a newish neighbor, who is a high school science teacher, and occasionally lurks here. He did a few core samples and said the snow was 7:1 water ratio. Man snow!
  9. Wow, nice finish here. Burst of moderate snow with temperature down to 32°. Roads are slick! May tack on another half inch if this holds on for a bit.
  10. Just a few degrees colder and we probably would’ve had 10” of snow here. No complaints though this was a fun storm.
  11. Yeah, I don’t get it. The way things were rotating in, I thought for sure you would at least pick up an inch of snow.
  12. Yeah, definitely saw the best rates of the year here, both last night and today.
  13. Steady light snow here but I think we’re done for the most part with accumulations outside of a new coating. Probably a little over 6 inches between last night and today. Much needed lift to the winter spirits.
  14. My friend up in Bartlett NH said only about 5"- 6" there. Maybe too far North?
  15. I'm starting to get a little worried about that myself. Trees branches definitely getting that saggy look.
  16. Yeah NW was definitely best with this one. Did not seem real elevation dependent either. Although last night had a sharp gradient. 3" at my house but only about 1.5" down in S Deerfield according to my coworker. Easily picked up another 1.5" this morning so far. Radar looks good for a little more.
  17. Did you just flip? Been snowing here since 8am. Moderate to heavy snow in this band. 33/30 About 4.5" storm total now. That officially makes it my biggest storm of the season. For once they made a good call cancelling school today.
