Nice., You def in the right spot with some of the bands. Its raining good here but not like there. Im now at 1.85"

Nothing unusual about this. We have had severe T storms worse than this. Some of the media really went overboard with the coverage. We have gotten some good rains though here sitting at 1.57"

You werent supposed to get much to begin with IMO. Western NC is a decent amount of miles away from this storm.

Hasnt been anything crazy here, an occasional wind gust of maybe 15 mph but have picked up .79" rain so far

On Social media, the outlets seem now to know which way to go. Some say the heavier rain is east of 95 and some say it is west of Durham and out towards the Triad and Charlotte.

Actual fropa getting close to the triangle. Looks like heavy rains and some T & L with them. Should help pad the rainfall

Had a nice T storm last night around 1030 or so. Rain really good this morning. So for the event I picked up 1.32". Maybe some more later on with the actual frontal passage

Nice, I was in college then but lived there from 77-99. AS much as I loathe it back then, it was a great place to grow up. I miss some aspects of it but I couldnt live there today

I was in Morris and Sussex County. I know you taught and lived in West Milford. I was more in the Lafayette area where I grew up. I drive around to Sunrise Mtn , Frankford, Newton, Sparta, Jefferson area. I drove around Dover, Rockaway, Roxbury as well and saw a bunch of friends I haven't seen in a while. It was nice to be back home, but it definitely has changed since I left there in 1999.

Picked up .19" at home. It was a beautiful day here in North Jersey too until about two hours ago the humidity is back and it feels like it outside

Finished up with 1.03". Not bad at all. Ill take it. Month to Date: 6.40"

I was never counting on much for tomorrow. After living here for 5 years I now know never to count on a frontal passage to bringing a nice rainfall here. Its so damn scattered when the fronts roll though. You arent that far behind us here, a little over an inch and some. It could always be worse

Finished up with 1.23" from Claudette. Pretty much what I thought. Today it is a steamy humid day. Gross outside. Rainfall for June 5.37" MTD

Claudette is starting to pull more ENE so Im thinking we will not get more here. WE will see. So far .98" for the day. 5.12 for the month

First band was pretty decent here, picked up .93" We should clear 1-1.25" by the time Claudette rolls outta here overnight tonite. MTD: 5.07" Temps: 74 with a dp of 73.
