Must be me, We have been shut out here in the OBX the last few days here. Had one cell that barely clipped us to our north and maybe got 10 drops from it. Heading home today, we will see how the next few days go since it looks like good chances for rain

Meh radar doesnt look good for here. I cant complain though sitting at 5.55 MTD

Better than me here, only picked up a T. Two different cells right towards me and one died that gave me a T and the other was beeling right for me then did a hard right and stayed south of I 40

That was def one of my top 2 day trips for me. It was a blast for me and to witness something so amazing like that with great people. I hope to do it again the next time too.

We got shut out yesterday. Ever so close to us to my east but cant win every time. Skies looked dark and ominous though. The temps did drop some though after that line moved NNE. But still ever so humid

The big shutout for both of us then. Just couldnt get in line for a storm with that sw to ne direction they were moving

Did you get anything this afternoon? I just went out and drove east and the road was dry until I got to Aviation pkwy and pts east it was still wet. Got shut out today

Nice., You def in the right spot with some of the bands. Its raining good here but not like there. Im now at 1.85"

Nothing unusual about this. We have had severe T storms worse than this. Some of the media really went overboard with the coverage. We have gotten some good rains though here sitting at 1.57"

You werent supposed to get much to begin with IMO. Western NC is a decent amount of miles away from this storm.

Hasnt been anything crazy here, an occasional wind gust of maybe 15 mph but have picked up .79" rain so far

On Social media, the outlets seem now to know which way to go. Some say the heavier rain is east of 95 and some say it is west of Durham and out towards the Triad and Charlotte.

Actual fropa getting close to the triangle. Looks like heavy rains and some T & L with them. Should help pad the rainfall

Had a nice T storm last night around 1030 or so. Rain really good this morning. So for the event I picked up 1.32". Maybe some more later on with the actual frontal passage
