  1. That just seems to be the norm for years now. It's actually weird how windy it's been. Especially outside of winter and early spring
  2. So how good is the chance of rain for later tonight? Seeing some showing scattered thunderstorms after midnight
  3. I'm already expecting a miss for my town. We've missed at least 4 or 5 of the last storms that came through here. They either split or fell apart right over me lol
  4. It's always amazing how a 30 degree drop in the dew point can make 80 degrees feel so much better from 80 degrees yesterday lol
  5. These low temps the next 3 nights are gonna feel refreshing. Even gets down to 53 tomorrow night here
  6. Since you're all bringing up temps and averages I completely forgot they updated the average temps once 2020 passed. I was confused seeing the average high for Enola being 88 degrees in July now instead of 86 degrees like it was before. I was kinda shocked that the average went up by 2 degrees just due to it adding in the 10 year data from 2010-2020 and getting rid of the older data it had before. I think it uses a 30 year mean average and then updates at the turn of the decade
  7. It's HOT out there lmao. Definitely feels a bit more humid. Perfect day to start off June lol I'm wondering if anyone gets blasted by any storms today. Later tonight looks a lot more likely
  8. Hope you feel better. I've never heard of Paxlovid but hopefully it keeps the virus to a minimum. I got covid back in January and it sucked. Was probably the 3rd worst sick I've ever been and I'm not even that old
  9. Areal Flood Watch in effect for a few counties. 1 to 2 inches of rain with some training thunderstorms with potentially an excess of 3 inches in some storms.
  10. Well just had another storm pretty much just skip my area west of Harrisburg lmao. It went and formed literally next to my east
  11. Yeah that storm that formed over Colorado yesterday really threw a wrench in the heat for today lol. Still ungodly humid though regardless but probably gonna have the ac on for the first time tonight since it's only going down to 67
  12. That line looks a lot more potent now that it entered eastern PA. Also seems all the energy behind it is started to fade
  13. Should be fun later. I'm super impressed with that feature that formed over Colorado yesterday and is still well intact even right now over Ohio. That thing was basically what caused it to storm today instead of being sunny
  14. Well this is interesting. Apparently this feature is responsible for us having a squall line going through here tomorrow when it was forecast to be sunny just the other day
  15. We might get very close to breaking the record high in a lot of places for the entire month of May as a whole. Super impressive. Highest I've seen so far is 96 for the forecast which is 1 degree away from the hottest recorded temp in May ever recorded
  16. It's funny how we only had maybe 3 or 4 80+ degree days but it's supposed to be 95 on saturday lol
  17. I literally just put this rooms ac window unit in the other day and rain was coming through the sides slightly. Of course it would. Especially after buying this new computer desk I have near it lol. Heavy rain doesn't seep through unless its blowing directly at it. I have the edges sealed up for the most part but it still finds its way in
  18. Damn that thunder is just going nonstop in the distance
  19. I thought I was hearing things...hearing some good thunder. A storm popped out of nowhere to my west. I thought that line wasn't going to hit me
  20. Same. Never heard of that either. I do know the severe storms are hitting right exactly as schools let out. It only really sucks if you have to walk home like I used to have to lol
  21. It looks like the Enhanced threat got pushed farther west for today
