  1. Lol, is the 18z gfs trying to do the same thing as the euro? .
  2. Any support on the ensembles?! Joking… (Not joking) I didn’t renew wxbell lol .
  3. Models tonight have unfortunately strengthened the lead wave, this seems to hurt the follow up one (one we’re “tracking” .
  4. Yeah the rgem still looks decent at 84, it isn’t as amped as 12z so don’t expect cmc to show a 12z- like solution, but it could be decent since it generally follows the rgem. .
  5. Yea, need the shortwave to close off and go negative in time and then nyc has a shot as well. Need it to really bomb like control shows for example. CMC is too amped .
  6. How about control!? Lol…. 00z nam looks to join the party now too thru 72 hours looks cmc ish .
  7. Gfs trying to get back in the fold? .
  8. 12z euro, Can see differences with shortwave strength out west, looks stronger thru day 3 .
  9. Yea actually noticed the same thing ha. Idk could be a blip? Do models struggle more during this time of year? I just use these maps because they always come out before the rest lol .
  10. 12z Canadian blows this event up again .
  11. Man, the euro really crapped the bed with this event…. .
  12. Euro basically says “what storm?“ now… joke Peace all, cya next Thanksgiving! .
  13. I knew it was Bs last night, but it’s really annoying we couldn’t catch one break all year… .
  14. CMC/Icon flatten the wave out too much. GFS/euro camp have steadily been showing a stronger shortwave take shape as it heads east under the block. We’ll see what euro shows tonight, fun to imagine. There’s a non-0% shot at some flakes at least .
  15. 10:1 for the weenies because we deserve it lol .
  16. Threading the needle, enjoy it for a few hours… eps was hinting at this sort of track at 18z fwiw .
  17. Hello there, vort tracks perfectly for us .
  18. There must be a lot of eps members that are more GFS like because this is one helluva mean. Bunch of members that even snow down here close to Philly .
  19. Weird, I thought I had posted the 6z lol…either way we got the nuke expected on the euro .
  20. Anyone smell the air? Really bad chlorine smell every where. Especially out where I am in Bensalem. Must be some kind of inversion going on. .
  21. End of 6z eps/control may have been decent beyond 144…. Looks nothing like 18z gfs. .
  22. Euro kept the wave separate and it develops into its own SLP, kind of what the GFs showed a run or two before. Most other guidance phases the energy into that TPV in central canada. Could still bomb in time for NNE into Maine, but def sell euro solution for now…not that many were buying lol. .
  23. Euro giving us a tease today. Shortwave gets trapped a bit under block. GFS has a similar evolution just a lot stronger, euro develops low farther E so it works out for Boston. Very close to an absolute nuke. Gets the SLP almost to 960mb out in the Atlantic. .
  24. So I’ve finally checked out lol, but it’s really amazing to me how the pattern of waves tracking from around Alaska down to the Southwest continues until the end of month and shows no signs of stopping. What is it going to take to get a stable +PNA? Here is the 12z euro at the end of the run. Does this pattern look familiar to anyone?!?! A developing block, but we have a SE ridge bridge connecting to it. An overly strong wave coming out of the southwest and seemingly another ready to head that way too. Feel like we’re stuck in purgatory. We’ve been unable to mute the SE ridge all year. .
