    was in the 50's in nyc this morning where 90% of the people i saw was wearing one or a hooded sweatshirt..and tomorrow morning will be exactly the same..

    i remember in the 1980's when a cold front came through temp fell into the 50's one afternoon in nyc in september that would be impossible today..

    summer is effectively over the odds of any long stretch of either hot or very warm humid weather 3 days or more is gone..

    as you get older you appreciate mild winters...
