Real guess, november and dec are +2 at least, but we get cold earlier than traditional ninos, halfway thru december. Jan is below normal, but dry. Feb is -1 and way above avg snow. March is snowless.

There were a bunch of reports, but part of the issue was the thread was moving so fast with idiocy, and a few of us were busy at work and real life ( @Rjay was too busy not chasing this from new orleans) so it snowballed.
