    Those types of questions are ones that should ALWAYS be asked even in model threads. Between plenty of people being too embarrassed to ask, the imby questions, and the posters who only show up during bad model runs, having actual meteorological discussion is a nice break.

    I know a guy who attempted to essentially build his own 3 stage from parts and an old craftsman snowblower. It lasted 3 days and blew up.

    96, boxing day, the retrostorm, pd2. And the storm a few years ago when it was snowing at about 1 or 2 degrees for hours. Best jebwalk i ever took.
