    Basically we are in a now cast situation. We are about 12 hours from the start of this storm. The storm is a beast in Texas and looks very healthy.

    Yeah it's the NAM vs every other model. I don't see the low tracking right over us.

    Euro not a bad look. Definitely doesn't take the low through the mountains. As for nothing blocking the low we have a reinforcing shot of cold air tonight from a cold front. That's why some are seeing upslope snow tonight again. That high isn't retreating by Friday. It is setting in. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

    I just did. It's irregular and not a trend at this point. Not denying but I've done this a long time. The NAM isn't a trend setter.

    We will see if this is a trend or a blip. I'm not seeing the low crashing right over the mountains.

    Moderate snow falling now. Deck and Truck dusted before the wind blows it everywhere.

    Just looked out and we've got light snow. Temp is down to 15 degrees and windy. Whoever said this was going to be a stagnant Arctic airmass isn't paying attention to the models.

    That's a great sign. Both the GFS and Euro looking better for the evening models.

    Clouds and 16 here. Windy and ready for the storm. Went to the store today and fought my way through there like a Spartan! Got in firewood and looking forward to watching the show.
