  1. No kidding man. It is a beautiful sight and we are absolutely getting hammered currently. Big flakes mixed in with small just ripping. Snowing sideways.
  2. Yeah moderate snow here as well. You can tell this is flow snow. The flakes are really powdery.
  3. Yeah snow is really picking up here again as well.
  4. With NW flow it's hard to nail down just how well the forcing and setup will be until most of the time the day of shows it's hand. Just yesterday the models were trying to dry up the flow and now obviously that isn't going to happen. If course the favored spots will do well but the forcing will help push the moisture and bands further into the valley.
  5. The forcing coming out of the NW is impressive. As Ward mentioned this looks to becoming an exceptional setup.
  6. Yeah just got home. New snow 1 inch and current temp is 26.
  7. Yeah with the snow really coming down the temperature has started to drop also. The wind is picking up here a bit in town.
  8. Well the column finally saturated fully in town. Mountains are obscure, snowing dimes and moderate.
  9. You can see the moisture starting to spread out and blossom in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. All good news for us here in the mountains.
  10. Lol shoot I'd like to hold off until May for that crap.
  11. Yeah the weather is pretty cool around the county. Seems like we are getting downsloped here in Canton but it's snowing in Bethel, Crabtree, Maggie. You have some elevation and you are good. You can literally see the snow line in town on the mountains.
  12. Snowing again here in Canton but do not expect anything to really lay.
  13. Yeah im thinking as has been mentioned this first batch is just nuanced. There is no forcing with this batch and it shows. When the come air starts to flood in here that's when things will become more organized.
  14. Whats cool is you can see the waves of moisture or lower level moisture all the way back into Illinois. That's what's going to help create a lot of lift for us in the mountains.
  15. Schools dismissing at noon here. I think they are afraid of once it starts it's going to stick fast.
