Is the damage in Michgan a precursor to what might happen in New England? Looks like a lot of tree damage.

I was there Tuesday night before I flew home; beer was good but $17 for 2 pour was pretty crazy. Amazing watching people spend $60-80 a case when you can get a comparable beer at Yankee Spirit for $19

Just in from fishing off Jupiter/North Palm Beach and water temps are 82/83 which is cool for down here; so those water temps in ME are fairly warm.

This forum is stocked with craft beer lovers; as most know the Main St area of Webster was hit hard by the tornado and it affected many businesses beyond the 3 buildings the news has shown. One of those businesses affected was Kretschmann Brewery. The brewery had their outside tented area destroyed by the tornado; but the inside portion is ok. Maybe the craft beer afisciando's here could have an impromptu GTG here to help support a local business. While it's not the biggest of places their beers are pretty good.

I believe NWS folks are out in Woodstock CT seeing if a tornado touched down there first

Thanks. Area is just to the east of the West Thompson dam, I assumed some winds mixed down across the open area of the dam and hit east side.

There is a small section of damage in the Putnam West Thompson Ctline (RT 12/RT 21 area) with significant tree damage; does anyone know if this was a macro/micro burst or straight line winds.
