Thanks. Area is just to the east of the West Thompson dam, I assumed some winds mixed down across the open area of the dam and hit east side.

There is a small section of damage in the Putnam West Thompson Ctline (RT 12/RT 21 area) with significant tree damage; does anyone know if this was a macro/micro burst or straight line winds.

There was a weird pocket of tree damage in the Woodstock/Putnam/Thompson Ct area, I assume straight line winds? The cells didn't seem too bad

My wife's HS friend lives off Governors Hill Rd in Oxford CT and said she was watching Ryan and talking about tornado on the ground in Oxford and then could hear freight train sound and went to the basement; yard and road is littered with trees

I recommend Dresser Hill in Charlton if anyone is gonna chase, (RT 31) at the farm stand....great views south and west from there.

18 in West Woodstock

Last I saw was 12" in West Woodstock CT at noon, have to be approaching 14 with that band rotting over head

I'm following from Okeechobee County in FL, last I heard I. Woodstock was 5" about 2hrs ago, got to be close to 8 now.

And E CT and RI?

And TD #6 has former west of me near Tampa, a day of some heavy rain and some gusty breezes.

I am north of West Palm and it is 97 here today with low humidity and a light breeze, Its bearable.

Are they done building their brewery in Charlton?

I was Will;that March date sounds about right. I was just astounded as to the amount of snow that fell in such a short period. That event caught a lot of people off guard.

Not sure the date, but 2-3 years ago we had a storm that was either late Feb or early March, I had a medical call for my FD at about 1-2am and we had about 5-7 inches on the ground when I got home. Betwee that time and 6-7am we must have got another 10-15 inches of snow. I Remember opening the front door and was amazed at the size of the drift at my door. One of the guys on my FD plows for the town and said it was snowing a 3-4" an hr rate during that period and they had to get off the road it was so bad. Does anyone remember which storm that was?

Does that band coming up near BI looks like it's going to hit SW RI and and E CT pretty good

Any chance that the heavier band in se Ma shifts further west to western RI eastern Ct? NW RI seems to always perform well in these events.

Will - how does that bode for the SE Worcester County/NW RI and NE Ct hills? They seem to perform well in these in these sets ups, but wonder if the deform band sets up to far west?

I left out of Worcester last night as I wasn't sure if I would get out this evening; will be watching from SFL.

Do we see the fire hose effect somewhere like we had with the 2013 storm in Hamden and South Eastern CT?
