    That rain in these areas is not the heaviest on the map but its not moving fast and just laying down punishing totals.

    Yep, I mentioned that a bit earlier. People who align with that band and stay in it for an hour or two are going to have crazy totals.

    That Front Royal to Winchester line is growing and headed our way. If it makes it I think I break 5".

    That line running south down to Frederick could be 1-2" for whomever gets into the training aspect of it. If it holds together.
