  1. I am Met seasons 100% myself. Not because of trying to rush anything vs. when I think the weather does adjust some. Calling March 20th "winter" is sort of weak IMO.
  2. That appears to be true but how much of this is people wanting to rush the end of summer but hang on to any chance of snow :-).
  3. LOL. 6" of rain in a day and then none for two weeks is just about the same as none for two weeks. The only area that benefits from the 6" is the aquifer and lakes. The vegetation needs rain every few days.
  4. The RGEM had a Bullseye up into NJ late in the game but it was all over the place in the days leading up to it.
  5. 12Z EC is fairly rainy on Sunday as well. About 1/4" LSV. Showery type rains.
  6. My grass out front is already browning. The climate change sun needs just one day to undo all the rain.
  7. The 3 combined Winter threads had 329 pages. One summer thread came up less than 100 away from matching. LOL.
  8. Not sure Kapernick would "stand" for the Cowboys shenanigans.
  9. In honor of this epic Summer thread. One last shot of the "Hot Topic". A rarity in the past.
  10. Did not know you wanted some Cowboys Super Bowl clips? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqG6lgYirf0
  11. GFS is wetter this weekend than I thought it would be. Sunday is a bit rainy in the LSV (light rains). May be an issue with it broad brushing too much.
  12. Where do you throw your TV after watching 4 quarters of Dwyane Haskins?
  13. Rumor going around that there is a pic of Cam Newton in Pittsburgh.
  14. I think you guys have more of a station issue than we do but I guess you can turn this around and look at it another way. Comparing where each station falls in the top ten of hottest, are any recent years in the top ten of coldest?
  15. All good climate change fodder. 7 of the top ten in the 2000's along with the 5 in the last 6 years. You can also probably write off the 1901 one as statistical anomaly.
  16. I saw on TWC, as I was dozing off last night, Ida was still at 999MB at 10PM.
  17. Once out of Met summer they had no more gumption to keep up the game.
  18. CFS long it appears. If the GFS is close to right, the forecasts for tropical storms interacting with the mainland US may need adjusted down. Going to be a great Labor day weekend though.
