    Cells starting to pop along Long Island. Popping on warm front and moving north into cooler sector.

    Best supercell of the year currently south of Long Island? Riding right along the warm front. Probably a sweet waterspout underneath.

    Anyone else starting to notice trees dropping colorful leaves? Trees are still green, but plenty of color on the ground in my yard.

    Can’t wait for this to fall apart before making landfall. Take models out of it….what happens to a disorganized tropical storm drifting slowly over cold water?

    Might as well cancel those hurricane watches on the Cape. Wagons west. Remember….Connecticut is the only New England state that experiences severe weather.

    Why is everyone so excited for a rapidly decaying tropical storm? More rain! Whee!

    Can’t wait for this thing to make the perfect “blizzard” loop south of the islands, not make landfall and give us just some high surf and light rain.
