  1. I noticed that as well. This is going to be a 25th hour to decide who gets under the best forcing. Even the mountains could miss out
  2. This is trending to be a mid Tennessee and eastern Kentucky system
  3. Here we go with the northern trend. Not going in the right direction
  4. My expectations are low here. An inch or 2 and I'm happy.
  5. I'm not worried about downsloping. The north/west trend is likely going to give us a nasty cold rain. This could turn into an east kentucky storm like the Euro is showing.
  6. Sometimes I can get lucky in these setups being nestled so close to the Blue Ridge even though im at a low elevation. I have seen storms where we het 4 or 5 inches and eastern McDowell barely an inch.
  7. This is going to be very tricky even for the mountains. Almost everything has to be perfect. ULL track, strength, and it coming during the night will all help determining who gets accumulation and how much. We all know that there is often a westward/north trend at this range. If it starts at 00Z that will not be good for snow in WNC.
  8. If Augusta gets over a foot of snow and Boone gets 3 inches I will jump into South Toe River Sunday night.
