Wasn’t there a poster on here who was going to spend a weekend there recently? As I recall, he didn’t talk about it much.

About an inch here too. And I agree, it’s been a nice wintry stretch.

I saw -30 on a bank thermometer (always known for their accuracy) walking to school in Barre, VT in 6th or 7th grade. Stopped at Dunkin Donuts and got a hot chocolate and had the same spill experience as the poster above. A couple of years later heard a radio announcer say it was -40 in Randolph, VT. That was in the way to school too, the bus driver had the local country station playing.

Not skiing but this was the first weekend that widespread snowmobiling has been available and I can’t remember the last time I saw so many people on the trails. It was crazy. And I only got about 10 miles from home before we had to limp my buddies sled back home.

I’ve only been to Millinocket to ride. I’m looking forward to it.

They had something in the Globe magazine from him this morning. I couldn’t bring myself to read it.

I’m driving up to Presque Isle Sunday. Will ride from there Monday and Tuesday the. I go to Caribou for more riding and some snowmobile association meetings. Looking forward to it.

Add to this winter for him the fact that the Eagles are going somewhere that the Cowboys can’t really even imagine anymore and it’s been especially hard on him.

Make sure to wear a windbreaker and decent sneakers.

Looks like another inch or so in the afternoon squalls. Roads got pretty crappy.

Bennington, VT is a pit.

Put my first miles on tonight. Decided I was going to break my access trail out to the main trail and when I got there, the groomer had been through so I just kept going. Only did 5 or 6 miles but it was good to be out.

It’ll happen. I’m supposed to be in Caribou that week. Lalalalalock it in.
