  1. Is that the one right off I-89 behind McDonalds? I was thinking you lived closer to the Keene corner of the NH triangle. (Defined by me as the area southwest of 89, east of the CRV and north of the MA line. Its a virtual unknown wilderness to me.)
  2. Now see I read that as he was already assuming he was going to lose the storm but could accept the whiff but not a north trend. Maybe I just assumed the worst.
  3. I like both of them. We needed some new blood. Bonus that they both seem to have a sense of humor.
  4. I left the snow on mine. It was right at the point of having to make a decision. If it had been much more, I probably would have cleared it.
  5. No reports from Windham County in the ALB PNS but a couple of posters here had 2" in Brattleboro. 6. Damn it! I need to read the thread before I respond!
  7. Good luck. I hope you like it. I know you’ve had a rough go so I’m glad you are finding something to enjoy.
  8. It was. There was one big sugar maple that was on the hill above what I believe was a black birch that forked at the base, so it was like 2 trees. By the looks of the maple, it snapped and took the other two down. There wasn’t any rot in the maple either. I want to say they were > 24” in diameter.
  9. I think the top photo is in the same place as this one I took a couple of years ago.
  10. A little more info on this. https://www.rutlandherald.com/news/local/lost-killington-skiers-rescued-resort-considers-pulling-passes-and-terminates-employee-in-lost-party/article_dedf8759-272e-5ad9-9a15-31a09ab1c68c.html
  11. We actually have a reporting site that one of our long time posters created. https://wkevin.com/new_england_snow/ Currently I am at 55.75" for the year.
  12. Ah crap. Hope they’re ok. I’m assuming it was in the Cotton Brook area. That’s where Snowmobile Vermont starts their tours from. The trails there are just about all forest roads so they are usually in decent shape in terms of width and trail surface.
  13. Hell, I can barely tell the MJO from the NAO from the NWA and I’m more credible than JB.
  14. I won't go as far a George but the guy is capable of contributing some good stuff. The problem is that he seems get unhinged over the weirdest things.
  15. I love Rick Beato's stuff. Still can't stand the Doors though.
  16. I'm probably in the minority but I can't stand the Doors.
  17. Which one? This one or this one?
