We didn't lose the pack in my immediate area but we only got a dusting of new snow.

The bigger problem will be the ice rink-like conditions until we get enough snow to groom them up.

Haven't heard about wait times around here but we are on auto fill. They came around the time they usually do, quarter tank left. The $3.55 per gallon was a bummer though

I just found out today that a guy that I graduated high school with is retiring in April. I had mixed feelings, jealousy because I can’t retire yet and crushing depression that I’m getting to that age.

Pretty deep lake. I know parts of it freeze. I remember a story several years ago about some snowmobilers having to water skip for a couple of miles when they came across open water late at night. I think a couple of the didn't make it.

I have a studs. This is the first year I’ve had them. It was icy enough Sunday that was glad. My son’s 600 ACE overheated a couple of times. Studs no scratchers.

I have a 137" and wish I had a 129". But that is because I ride a lot of twisties.

Yeah, my scratchers worked well. Chattering along on frozen ski tracks and such was not fun though.

We mistakenly went for a ride Sunday. Solid ice made it unpleasant most of the time and then a couple of sleds had overheating issues.
