It’s amazing the staying power that 2” had today too. Even though it was t that warm today, lighter stuff would have vanished off my driveway and deck. Not this stuff though. Most of the driveway is still covered and my deck still has slush on it.

Wow UConn. By eliminating Gonzaga, nobody in our small pool has a team left. That means I win it since I was leading coming into this game. Lol our pool fell apart.

Looks like a bit over an inch of snow/sleet/glop. This stuff will give some body to the pack!

Buffalo’s record lowest snowfall is 199” in 1976-77? Am I misreading something? The other numbers seem right.

The sledding talk makes me sad. Wish I could go but even though me and my kidney are on the mend, I’m not going to take one bit of risk. There is always next year.

About the same here. Nice overperformer.

Measured 8" at noon yesterday and 7" new this morning. May have had more if I had cleared every 6 hours. Over performer here.

I have one. My clearing practices have slacked a bit but I try to be somewhat consistent in what I do.

I was thinking the same thing. I was fine with 4”-6” or whatever it seemed like it was going to be. We are over 12” and that is with a several hour stoppage this afternoon.

Looks like 8” here at home. I’m sure there has been some compaction. Snow has stopped here. 89 was slow going. It was ok from S. Burlington through Richmond but got progressively worse from there. Some of the heaviest snowfall and largest snowflakes I’ve ever seen going through @J.Spin‘s neighborhood around 10:00. Giant cotton balls falling from the sky.

Nice. I’m in BTV for an early morning doctor’s appointment, not much here. I made the cal yesterday to come up and stay so I didn’t have to deal with roads.

Just saw a report of 16” in Wilmington, VT on the morning news. Is that even possible this early?

Yep. Made the call to grab a hotel room in near UVMMC for my 9:00 am appointment. Didn’t want to risk crappy roads and an early drive.

Do you think we could round up some investors for a gondola that runs the rec path route from the village to the mountain? Put some stops along the way alleviate traffic on 108. We could do it up like the Monorail on tne Simpsons.

Preach it brother. Clear it out for golf season. I've always been on board for snow every day until March 15th and the flip the switch so I can golf in early April.

That and an angry, anti-snow guy who shovels everything out onto the street to melt on sunny days.
