  1. Ha, anything 3”+ is the level of satisfaction with any event or snowfall... meaning the RGEM would be extremely satisfying.
  2. It looked pretty legit based on the thermal levels. Just surprised that it was getting that warm at 850-800mb. That 18z HRRR plowed the warmth aloft pretty far inland. *This matters very little for anyone as it's in the dry slot, was just interesting to see.
  3. The 18z HRRR p-type looks weird. Is mixed precip going that far inland to like ALB-BML in the dry slot? lol.
  4. What an obscene Euro run for the entire forum.
  5. 36"+ settled depth there after this. Get ready for 40" on the ground?
  6. It's been like 5 days now of E.MA high-confidence in the firehose of moisture. It has been remarkably steady. Temp concerns aside, the moisture has been locked in for days there. You are going to get smoked in southern Middlesex Cnty.
  7. Looks like it finally shuts off after 9pm Wednesday, lol. Flurries into Thursday morning.
  8. Man, Euro still snowing through Wednesday afternoon. Piling up backside fluff. Will take the Kuchie Kuchie please, ha.
  9. You've got 24 hours of sustained ENE surface winds... which for you is like sustained NW flow here. Probably don't even have to look at models except for entertainment there in Randolph, ha. Just like when we get NW upslope, you know it's happening, the models are just entertainment at that point.
  10. Could definitely see that. Soundings show a pretty good couplet of DGZ and lift given that the DGZ looks to be 600-750mb level around these parts.... right in line with that ML lift.
  11. I'm intrigued by the oddity of the RGEM. Never say never, but it's like some absolutely massive wave break to get that sharp demarcation. Like air just falling off a cliff. Pretty cool prog.
  12. That Gulf of Maine low and the mid-level features track pretty close to local studies climo favored track. It's a deep NW flow all the way to 500mb later on for sure. Just gotta watch that trend for the Gulf of Maine low to get its act together faster, could put down some of Phin's Pot Roast first then dip J.Spin's bread in the leftovers.
  13. White pine forests flattened. Don't your folks have a lot of those? I remember some storm you posted photos of like half the trees down, ha.
  14. Man, up here if that second low in the Gulf of Maine can get going fast enough, that's a nice look throwing snow well back this way. The initial band with the warm front looks like 3-6" on most models... up here the getting bigger amounts will be determined by how much that second low can throw back.
  15. Saw -15F on my car this morning driving through town for the lowest. What a morning.
  16. There are some insane screen shots of earnings out there from retail investors of big gains.
  17. A friend at Stowe Mtn Lodge put in $100 to GME and walked with $7,645 when he exited a couple days later.
  18. No it’s not just you, the bulk looks to fall as a front end thump of snow. A very heavy thump. It warms up down there with the dry slot even on the tucked solutions... the total net gain is significant either way. Precip is long gone for most when it might go above 0C.
  19. I mean, that’s a pretty good look. The thermals are at the end of the panel obviously, so that snow has already fallen even if it warms up after.
