  1. Customer called from Colebrook/Norfolk line he could not get his Windfarm access road open with his pick up so I went and opened it up, got stuck up the azz, easily 16” of cement on flag hill there.

  13. CT wise Litchfield county seems like a lock for 12” plus across multiple models, the rest of us maybe down to the wire either way

  19. Feb 2001 was right there with 2013 here for rates and most fell during the daytime, what a great storm
