  1. I do worry about my orchard though
  2. Wpc more aggressive than I expected with Friday snow probs
  3. I should also say that the mortality rate is much higher than the typical flu virus.
  4. Not anywhere near as severe as those in terms of mortality. But you never know how these things evolve and mutate. It’s worrisome, and it is disrupting the supply chain which is a big deal. And it is interrupting the global economy in significant ways. It looks like the mortality rate is only about 2 to 3% which if that maintains it would be good. But the downside is that it travels well because no symptoms show for five days and it seems to be spreading rather quickly. jist go to a legit news source like NUT or WSJ or the CDC or WHO directly. As far as I can tell Trump hasn’t fired the CDC director yet but I’m sure he’s thinking about it
  5. it's obviously a liberal plot to take down Trump. Come on man... I'm a capitalist too and my international work is cancelling or I'm cancelling it because I don't want to be caught in a fookin quarantine. The CDC and the WHO are raising the alarms, but we shouldn't pay attention to that.
  6. Sweet Jeebus...thinking that's probably not happening.
  7. Yeah not optimistic but I think we will have better sampling sometime late tomorrow?
  8. Seems like the overnight trended slightly better for NNE after going worse yesterday. But Gyx says ensemble sensitivity is based on the arctic shortwave so it’ll be Sunday or Monday before we have a better picture
  9. Measured 3.25 on average. Sleet mixed in just before 5 but still a mixture. Doesn't look to end too soon so probably will continue to mix and then end as fr dz to crust everything up. The snow pack is building....probably 12-15 in the woods and 6-10 in the open areas.
  10. True dat by about 5 miles. I’m probably due west of 18.
  11. More like 17. 2” here and mod-heavy snow. View down the driveway.
  12. it is already building south into nw mass but I see your point about the eventual DS. Snow growth improving slowly here. 24 so I don't think we sniff rain
  13. don't you think that will fill in a bit?/
  14. moderate swfe sand-snow but its accumulating and viz is low
  15. According to radar the heaviest lift looks to be building right toward CON and north to the Lakes Region. Hope it holds
  16. the lightening/pause that Chris was referring to is happening but the main batch looks not too far behind and pretty healthy.
  17. the steady light snow is slowing increasing but with those small flakes. maybe the better lift coming later will make for better snowgrowth. 21/13
  18. I saw the package about two hours ago which wasn’t very impressive until you got up north of Laconia. No amount above 4 inches south of Laconia
