  1. light to moderate snow here a few miles wsw of Brian
  2. Think that heavier stuff to our sw gets up here?
  3. Really snowed hard the last hour and a half I think we’re up to 3 inches by now. Fluffy and accumulating very efficiently
  4. Pretty heavy snow up here now. Looks like we’re over an inch, particularly in the areas where it accumulated right away. The visibility I notice is starting to drop quite a bit
  5. What a confusing gyx watch map accum map discussion and zones
  6. I love that you think about it this way.
  7. are we measuring in feet? give or take
  8. mod-heavy snow here again. 1-2"
  9. You will take it and you will like it!
  10. Yes indeed snowing hard. Pine trees all coated nicely
  11. I do worry about my orchard though
  12. Wpc more aggressive than I expected with Friday snow probs
  13. I should also say that the mortality rate is much higher than the typical flu virus.
  14. Not anywhere near as severe as those in terms of mortality. But you never know how these things evolve and mutate. It’s worrisome, and it is disrupting the supply chain which is a big deal. And it is interrupting the global economy in significant ways. It looks like the mortality rate is only about 2 to 3% which if that maintains it would be good. But the downside is that it travels well because no symptoms show for five days and it seems to be spreading rather quickly. jist go to a legit news source like NUT or WSJ or the CDC or WHO directly. As far as I can tell Trump hasn’t fired the CDC director yet but I’m sure he’s thinking about it
  15. it's obviously a liberal plot to take down Trump. Come on man... I'm a capitalist too and my international work is cancelling or I'm cancelling it because I don't want to be caught in a fookin quarantine. The CDC and the WHO are raising the alarms, but we shouldn't pay attention to that.
  16. For Brian, but also in case GYX is interested: Very big differences in close proximity. Got off at exit 19 on 93 and it looked like there had been a sizeable snowfall, consistent with 6-7 " I could tell partially by how much snow had been plowed off the road and how much seemed to be on the ground on top of the existing few inches of sleetpack. Drove up to Knolls Farm Rd towards the east side of Northfield and quickly it was clear there was less snow. Probably 2-3" Drove over to Rt 3 in Tilton to drive towards Franklin. looked like a 3-5" snowfall West side of Franklin near rt 127 looked heavier again 5-6" maybe and that continued to the north part of Boscawen.
  17. Is it possible something was converging near the river? Brian is not too far from the Merrimack and neither am I, but we both are on hills. Andover is on a line a bit more for me I think and Danbury on a line directly to Brian given how the streamers were oriented. I am the nw side of Boscawen close to Webster.
