  1. no loss of pack here. in fact after the freeze up I'm going to be desperate for a few inches of snow to make it walkable.
  2. That's not even 1 good storm for George...
  3. Way worse than I thought here. I will post pics shortly but I lost power and I didn't hear big snaps in the woods. Does anyone know what will the warmest part of the day be? I've got 1,500' of driveway to try to clear slush before freeze
  4. Scooter highs show up there as the waves come across?
  5. Been 32 for a while here, even when you were 25. Lots of ice but also plenty dripping
  6. One thought is that you do that calculation before you share it. I can’t remember all those directions
  7. this isn't going to happen. It is extreme. You said several feet of snow PER STORM but Boston only gets 80-90 total? Several feet of snow in a storm suggests 3 or 4 feet, so you are saying multiple storms of 3-4+ feet per storm in March? When was the last 940-950 storm off of New England? You aren't George, you are the love child of James and Jebwalk, and your grandfather is Roger Smith.
  8. I like when everyone is getting in on it. a 6 incher would be nice.
  9. Had that nice burst. A decent coating so far. Temp dropping
  10. Looking at radar it appears that steadier snow will be arriving in CNE NNE soon but just a small batch . Doesn't look like much on radar though after that.
  11. we ain't done. maybe we just getting started...
  12. he's just trying to get you to comfort him...
  13. count me in on that but this looks good so wth. does it still look good beyond? do we have hope for next week being snowy?
  14. Looks like a good 1, not sure why they're so little conversation in here very
  15. resistance is futile...you will be assimilated.
  16. sleet is like the Borg...resistance is futile.
  17. the cold comes pouring into Wednesday and Thursday? That always makes for a better storm, better ratios, and a whole better feel to the event.
  18. that is without a doubt north with the snow. We are screwed, here comes the sleet. It'll probably be worse than that. The 6" snow line jumped a good 30-40 miles n and w. Not the trend i was hoping for.
  19. That’s an improvement over 6Z, and if what that means is 4-6 inches of snow up our way and then some sleep on top and a glaze then that’s fine. Then we see which way Thursday and Friday trend and we could still be doing nice by the weekend.
  20. Am I understanding that the trend so far at 12Z is colder surface and maybe aloft on the Nam, and warmer surface and maybe aloft on the GFS. Is the other guidance picking a camp yet?
  21. I thought you were talking about the late week deal
  22. well we still have a few days to see how it evolves...
