  1. Freakin' cold, windy and unpleasant way to run a spring day
  2. .7-.95 around my area today but there were a couple of periods of intensely heavy rain mixed in. It was showery though so not every place got good total numbers. It's sort of warm out now but feels as raw as it did this afternoon.
  3. Haha I was just outside and thinking the same thing and a few minutes later one of the neighbors fired his mower up. It's kind of wet from the rain last night though. Maybe before dark later otherwise it has to wait until after the next round of wet because I'm busy tomorrow.
  4. Nice morning going on A bit breezy but nice air.
  5. You only have to go 3-4 miles east of KPOU to get over .25". I was eating dinner right near there around 7 and there was just barely a drizzle for a few minutes but when we left to head home it was soaked on the east side of town and raining lightly but steadily most of the way home.
  6. A little 30 second shower rolled through a while ago, then it tried to clear and now it's misty. Ick dreary...
  7. I'm closer to HPN than POU but beat them both by a good bit in rainfall. Looks like 1.1" here for late night 19th through the 20th.
  8. 1.12 since last night. Leaves are out, flowers are blooming and it's looking mighty springy other than the grey and dreary part.
  9. .75 now, just a good steady soaking rain for the last hour or so.
  10. That should make people traveling for Passover and Easter happy
  11. .52. It was raining really hard a little while ago but let off some now. If that whole firehose moving up the NJ shore comes through here we'll probably meet the high end forecast of 1.5.
  12. And those were the first 5 years I owned my ski/snowboard shop It was a good thing I also sold bikes
  13. Yeah it sure looks like a bunch of the rain slid by to our west already doesn't it. It sure was. Low to mid 70's with a nice breeze always makes for a nice day.
  14. That's pretty amazing. I had no idea that happened last year. Whoda thunk, PA over OK.
  15. That was a pretty good t-storm, plenty of thunder, some lightning, a good couple of minutes of strong wind and a whole bunch of rain in a short time. Looks like .7-.75" and I only lost a few branches off the tallest trees.
  16. Yuck. The inference that we are still stuck in that loop is disturbing.
  17. I can see the blue sky off to my south but it's solid overcast here.
  18. Boy tomorrow night and Monday morning are looking like fun. A couple of inches of rain and a bunch of wind. Yay
  19. I'm already over 60 here in Mahopac. Sun is popping here now.
